Bella Strada

Bella Strada

Tucked in behind Ranch Road 620, at the intersection of Oak Grove Boulevard and Bella Strada Cove, you'll find Bella Strada, a small, gated community of twenty, one to two acre home sites, and Andalusian-style homes. Bella Strada is a relatively new subdivision created by Russell Eppright Custom Homes, with lots starting from the 100’s and finished homes ranging anywhere from $800,000 to over $1 million.

You can't beat the convenience of Bella Strada's location, which is away from the hustle and bustle of Ranch Road 620, yet is close enough to avoid having to drive miles through the winding hill country to get anywhere. While Bella Strada does not provide lake access to its owners, the lake can nevertheless be accessed at Hurst Harbor Marina, Lakeway Marina or Mansfield Dam Park, all of which are but a short drive down the road. Nearby restaurants include Sandy's hamburger hut, Hudson’s on the Bend, The Hill Country Pasta House, and Carlos and Charlie's on Hudson Bend.  Students living in Bella Strada would attend Lake Travis Elementary School, Hudson Bend Middle School, or Lake Travis High School.
