June Home Sales Up 9%!

The Austin Area Board of Realtors has released some great numbers for June home sales.
A quick and dirty rundown of the numbers:
A total 2,145 single-family homes sold in Austin last month, or about 9 percent more than last year, according to the Austin Board of Realtors .
The median price for the sold properties was $205,000 last month, or about the same as in June 2010. The total value of the homes sold was $583,137,555.{..}
