Oberg Property Management
Services, Inc. (OPMS) is a privately held corporation
established in 1984. OPMS provides management services
for residential properties and homeowner associations
in the Lake Travis area. Residential and commercial leasing
as well as residential and commercial sales services are
also offered by the firm.
Principals are Guy L. Oberg
II and Mary Lynn Oberg. We have fifteen full time employees
and currently administer community association budgets
greater than $1,000,000. We maintain effective property
owner and tenant relations and provide access to quality
contractors and vendors at excellent rates.
