Residential Property Management Services – We offer property management services for any of your residential, investment properties. We will handle all aspects of managing the property. Our owners only need to make decisions regarding the important issues like deciding the rental amount, approving repairs, etc. We will handle time consuming tasks such as collecting the rent, scheduling repairs, emergency services, security deposits, and, if necessary, handling evictions following the State of Texas property code. Our goal is to save our owners the valuable resources of time, energy and money!
Our Turn-key Property Management Services Include:
- Handling of all marketing and leasing for the property
- Lease execution
- Handling of any necessary maintenance and/or repairs to ensure property is move-in ready
- Rent collection and handling of any delinquency issues

- Coordination of repair and maintenance. Repairs over $350 require your approval, except in cases of emergency
