Kathi Spruiell

A native of Austin, Kathi moved to the Lakeway area at the age of 10, when Lakeway was brand new.  She remembers watching Hurst Harbor Marina being built down the hill from her house, and helping (or, more likely, getting in the way,) as often as possible.   As Lake Travis did not yet have its own school district, Kathi graduated from Dripping Springs High School.  While working for the State of Texas, Kathi met the love of her life, Kerby, in a kissing booth.  They married in 1982 and went on to have two beautiful daughters and now love to spoil rotten their two grandsons.  She and Kerby currently live in the Oak Hill area.   In 2014, Kathi joined the Oberg Properties team, as a valued member of the office and the person most likely to answer the phone when you call.
