Evictions
In the rare event that a tenant requires eviction, we provide expert handling to ensure that the process is completed with minimal hassle to our property owners. We will handle the whole eviction process and provide regular and timely updates as the process proceeds. Our staff maintains up-to-date knowledge of all local, state and federal statutes that affect our industry to ensure we can provide the highest level of service to our owners.
Property Inspections
When repair issues get reported our staff will investigate the issue and recommend any needed maintenance or repair items. In addition, our maintenance staff will walk the entire property to make sure tenants are properly taking care of our owners’ properties. We can arrange yearly inspections at our owner’s request. We will document the inspection with photos and videos that are viewable via our online portal.
