Due to the high amount of requests from the current sales market, payment must be submitted before Resale Certificates and Condo Questionnaires will be processed. Average turn-around time is 2-3 days. All resale documentation requests are delivered electronically unless a pickup request is made. 

In the payment details field please add the address and what you are ordering, i.e. 123 Main Street Statement of Account. Payment in advance is required.
