Oberg Properties offers Association Management services for homeowners associations of all sizes. We manage subdivisions alongside residential and office condominium associations. Maybe your Association is a small condominium association which needs help with advanced planning for a large project. Perhaps your Association is a large, master planned community which needs help bringing the governing documents into line with the latest legislative changes. In either case, large or small, we have experienced staff who can guide you through the processes your Association has prioritized for completion. 


With nearly forty years of Association Management experience, Oberg Properties brings to bear substantial resources in HOA support areas and property management. Budgets, cash management, insurance, reporting and resident relations are treated with same importance as landscape maintenance, road maintenance, access systems, and amenity management. We also proved 24/7/365 emergency services with on call property managers who will be able to assist.

At Oberg Properties we provide management support for residential and office condominiums, subdivisions and master planned communities. This includes accounting, reporting, budgeting, and insurance negotiations. We provide these ‘unseen’ services alongside ‘seen’ services, like access system management, landscaping and irrigation supervision, porter services, road maintenance and amenity management. 

We Put Your Needs First

We know keeping homeowners satisfied is extremely important for any Association. Oberg does not utilize an answering service during business hours; instead, our phone is answered by human beings who work in our office. While we would like to be able to answer every phone call and email immediately, our policy is to respond to every email and phone call within 24 hours. Emergencies are handled immediately, and after business hours such calls are dispatched to on-call property managers immediately.

In 1984, Guy and Mary Lynn Oberg founded Oberg Properties to manage the Texas Timeshare in Lakeway resort. The business may have started with one small resort, but it grew with the times and the Oberg footprint in Lakeway and the greater Austin area is now long standing and substantial. Nearly forty years in Association Management means we have seen most things and can help provide solutions for whatever challenges your Association is facing.
