Effective October 1, 2025, Oberg Properties' Community Management Division was acquired by Wildwood Management Group, who now manages all community associations previously under our care.

Oberg Properties remains in business and continues to provide property management services for rental and vacation properties throughout the area. This transition allows us to focus on our core rental property management operations.
